Adult Classes

Whether you are an experienced Black Belt or this is your first experience with martial arts, you’ve come to the right place.

Zang TKD adult classes are intense and serious, but fun. Our instructors are committed to the success and progress of our students.

All experience levels are welcome

Some of our Black Belts have been with us for decades. Others have come from other schools and found a home at Zang TKD. Many have trained with Grand Master Zang since their first white belt class. All have experienced physical and mental development as the result of dedicated Taekwon-Do training.

It’s never too late to begin your training! Many of our students begin as adults, train hard and become skilled Black Belts. No matter your experience level, you are welcome.

Taekwon-Do is designed for everyone, regardless of age, gender, size or physical ability. Each practitioner has their own strengths and abilities, and no two are exactly alike. The one thing we all have in common is that we give 100% to our training and always do our best.

Maybe you began your training as a child, but it’s been years since you’ve taken a class. Join us and remember why you loved martial arts in the first place.

Maybe your child is training and you wonder if you could do it too. You can! Contact us and join a class with your child. Many families enjoy the bonding and memories that come with training together.

Compete with the best

GM Zang’s students participate in sparring, patterns and weapons competitions on a regional and national level. The school has many championships and grand championships to its name. The Zang TKD team is a well-respected and formidable competitor on the martial arts tournament circuit.
